ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST HHS 0.125T 2T SERIES THE SERIES HHS ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST is a compact general purpose lifting unit. It is lighter and smaller than most hoists on the market and its design is streamlined. It is a stronger and reliable hoist with a safety factor of at least 8. BODY The HHS Hoist Body is formed by the precision casing of a high strength Aluminum alloy. The technically advanced casting techniques used permit thinner walls of greater strength. These result in a more compact and lighter weight hoist. MOTOR The Hoist Motors have cylindrical rotors and are of a high torgue design. They all meet IP54 Specifications. The duty cycles and switching frequencies meet the customers’ requirements. LOAD CHAIN The high strength carburized Load Chain has great resistance to wear and corrosion. The minimum breaking force is over 800N/mm2 and the Safety Factor 8 times more than working Load. SPECIAL ELECTRICAL FEATURES The HHS Electric Chain Hoist features: (1)A compact magnetic reversing contactor with mechanical interlock. (2)A 24 Volt safety voltage control rocker pushbutton station also with mechanical interlock, which meets IP54 Specifications. (3)All electric component that meet IEC Standards.
